The hotel - dedicated to a woman who is still admired today as an imperial beauty and royal rebel - Her Majesty Empress Elisabeth
The Grand Elisabeth in Bad Ischl opens its doors for the first time in April 2025. An à la carte restaurant "Grande Liberté" and a hotel bar "Violet Hour" await you.
All accommodation units are stylishly furnished in keeping with their status. Our 132 rooms and three suites have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, bathroom with shower, wardrobe, toiletries and in-room safe. Selected rooms have a balcony with a view of the imperial city and the surrounding Salzkammergut landscape.
Breakfast is served as a buffet in the restaurant on the ground floor with terrace.
The hotel also has a small wellness area with indoor pool, a fitness room and two saunas (bio sauna and Finnish sauna).
Activities such as skiing and cross-country skiing in and around Bad Ischl are possible from the hotel.
