Viva il Fisch, viva la Puglia! This year, in the year of the European Capital of Culture, the popular and proven specialities of the Fischerei Ausseerland with k.u.k. Cook Wolfgang Loidl and his brigade from the k.u.k. Hofwirt to the gourmet region of Apulia feat. Maestro Allessandro & Chef Riccardo Terlizzi (both from Apulia!) and team from our k.u.k. Osteria Miramare. Osteria Miramare.

• Small Friday fish market with products from Fischerei Ausseerland and our k.u.k. Osteria Miramare, Prosecco, Vermuteria & more
• Ausseerland char specials, smoking oven / "Schauselch'"
• Fish festival menu from Friday to Sunday
• Creative, regional fashion from "Schürzenliebe by Sabine Linke" with creations for the Capital of Culture & more and fashion show on Friday evening (approx. 20h during the music break)
