Imperial stroll

Everywhere the customer is king, but in Bad Ischl he is emperor!

The pavements are well maintained, the shops are festively dressed up, the holiday costumes are ready & the drinks are chilled.
When the red carpet is rolled out in Bad Ischl, as if His Majesty himself were arriving, it is not the Emperor who is expected!
But Ischl's customers & guests. Because in Bad Ischl, they are the emperors!

Every year, the imperial city shows off a very special side for a week around the emperor's birthday. On the day of the "Kaiserbummel", our customers & guests take centre stage even more - Bad Ischl invites you to a majestic shopping & adventure festival.
Stroll along a 2 km red carpet, through historic, soulful alleyways, along the most beautiful shops in Bad Ischl.
