Google Analytics web analysis tool
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and that enable usage analysis. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (e.g. IP address, access, navigation flow, length of stay, browser and device used, language and country) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Due to the activation of the IP anonymization (function "_anonymizeIp ()"), your determined IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this website, to compile reports on website activity for the website operator and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. You can use browser plugins to prevent Google from collecting the data generated by cookies and related to your usage. You can use the following browser plug-in for this: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can find more information on terms of use and data protection at www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at www.google.at/intl/de/policies/.

Google Translate
Our website uses the translation service Google Translate. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
In order to use the functions of Google Translate, your IP address is recorded and usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this website has no influence on this data transfer.
The use of Google Translate is in the interest of easy accessibility and use of our online offers for international visitors. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Further information on the handling of user data can be found in Google's data protection declaration: www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

Storage period
Based on statutory retention and limitation periods, e.g. Obligation to keep financial documents such as invoices, your data will be stored for at least 7 years. The deadline always begins when you contact the Bad Ischl Tourist Office (inquiries, bookings, correspondence). If no interaction of any kind has taken place after the deadline, the data will be automatically deleted. Social media
External links to the social networks Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest, recognizable by the respective logos, are integrated on this website. No user data will be transferred.

Social media plug-ins
We use "embedded" social media plug-ins on our website, i.e. interfaces to social networks. When you visit the website, the system automatically connects to the respective social network due to the integration of the plug-ins and transfers data (IP address, visit to the website, etc.). The automatic data transfer happens without our intervention and outside of our responsibility. The transferred data is not used by us as the operator of this website, but exclusively by the operators of the social networks. Users can prevent this data transfer by logging out of the respective social networks before visiting the website. The social network can only assign specific data to the activity profile of the user through automatic data transfer when the user is “logged in”. Further information on this, including the content of the data collection by the social networks, can be found directly on the website of the relevant social network. The privacy settings can also be adjusted there.
