All pieces hand-painted directly by Ulrike Taferner are presented under the name "Ausseer Knopferl". You can also meet the artist in person at any time in her shop at Schröpferplatz 4 in Bad Ischl to commission individual pieces painted and made by hand.

Buttondesign is miniature painting at the highest level. All designs are created by Ulrike Taferner and put on paper to be later reproduced and transferred to the button. Among the now approx. 500 designs you will find a wide variety of themes, whether floral, matching any clothing, animals, for lovers or hunters, zodiac signs for birthdays and much more....Ulli Taferner also makes the popular button bracelets, neck, ear and hand jewellery from each design.
