Exhibition: "Spring Awakening" by Ursula Hofer

About Ursula Hofer:
I am an artist who specializes in abstract acrylic painting in an expressive style. I originally came to painting when I passed my A-levels. Since then I have been self-taught and try to express my perception of nature in my paintings.
For me, nature is not just landscape, but movement, growth, energy and light. In bright colors, flowing lines and organic forms, I express what I experience outside: the radiance of the sun, the bursting of green, the delicacy and at the same time power of new beginnings.
My own photography often serves as a starting point - but on the canvas I am less concerned with depiction than with sensation. I want to make moods visible: the pulsation beneath the surface, the growth, the transformation.
As Heinz Staudacher said: "Paintings should stimulate, you should always discover something new in them."
In this sense, I see my painting as an invitation - to pause, to reflect and to perceive nature and perhaps also oneself anew time and again. I want to create space for reflection in my works.
Inspired by the color, form and photography of nature, I invite visitors to the exhibition
