Austrian cuisine with its very special Salzkammergut flavour has been served here since 1876 with fresh seasonal produce from the region - game from the surrounding forests, meat from our regional farmers and fresh fish from the clean Salzkammergut lakes, as well as a good selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. The legendary chef "Franzi" Mühlböck, who swung the cooking spoon here at the Hubertushof for more than 20 years, is regarded as a role model.
