Ever since the days of the Emperor, ever since “Franz & Sisi,” this great love between Austria and Bavaria has existed. On this midsummer holiday, our tablecloths are once again blue and white—the perfect backdrop for our Maisel’s wheat beer paired with “hearty, honest white sausages with no compromises” from our in-house butcher, the Hauer village butcher shop in Lochen am See.

Dixieland, swing, and the finest brass sounds meet Weißwurst, beer, and imperial composure. Tradition can be fun, too.
