The knowledge about the history of the city, its inhabitants and famous guests is imparted by the state-certified Austria Guides. Each guide passes on the information to the participants in his or her own charming way. Thus, every guided tour is unique and it is worthwhile to take part in more than one tour. City tour meeting point: The drinking parlour at Auböck ---------------------------------------------------------- Weekly guided tours ------------------- ### Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday During the themed tour on Thursdays at 3.30 pm, a special, changing topic is always discussed. On Wednesdays at 3.30 pm and Sundays at 10 am, [general guided tours of the town](https://badischl.salzkammergut.at/oesterreich-veranstaltung/detail/430129534/stadtfuehrung.html) are offered and you can learn interesting facts about Bad Ischl. The guided tours cost 10 euros per person. The tours are free with the Vorteilscard Bad Ischl, Salzkammergut Card, Wolfgangsee Card and the guest card (from the accommodation and spa hotels in Bad Ischl).
