With great attention to detail, this holiday flat has been completely renovated according to the original building plans from 1872 and brought up to the latest technical standards. The **high-quality furnishings** in the flat are a mixture of modern furniture and individual antique pieces, giving it a unique character. The entire flat has **underfloor heating**, which provides cosy warmth in winter. The spacious **2-room flat** (approx. 75m²) offers enough space for 2 people to enjoy a few relaxing days in the former imperial city. An extra bed for a child can be provided if required. Pets are very welcome. "Il Giardinetto" is a **non-smoking flat**, but smoking is permitted on the flat's **large veranda**. Villa Bertholini is only about **5 minutes** away **from the train station** and is therefore not only easily accessible for train travellers but also an ideal starting point for guests who want to explore the picturesque Salzkammergut region around Bad Ischl by bus or train.
