Welcome to the imperial town of Bad Ischl

Hardly any other historic town succeeds in transposing its history to the present in such a lovely way as Bad Ischl. Haus Strutzenberger holiday apartments are in a quiet residential location. Apartments can sleep 1 or 2 Guests and are "Adults Only". Most apartments have a balcony with beautiful mountain views.

We are just 15 minutes walk from the town centre , Kaiservilla ,Kongress and Theaterhaus  and Salkammergut ThermalSpa. Haus Strutzenberger is also close to both the Herzreha and Rehamed Tisserand.

Haus Strutzenberger, is ideal for hiking, cycling and motorbiking trips. Bad Ischl is centrally located and a great point to make trips throughout the scenic Salzkammergut region. Lake Wolfgang and Lake Hallstatt are both 10 km away. It is easy to make trips to the UNESCO World Heritage village of Hallstatt and the city of Salzburg.

    We are 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Bad Ischl - about 1.5km from the centre and the Kongress & Theaterhaus. There is a regular bus service to the centre and station ( Monday - Friday - Bus Stop 400m from the apartments). Taxis from the station cost  approximately €7.

    By car we are just 1 hour from Salzburg airport and 1 hour 20 minutes from Linz airport.

    There is regular public transport to Bad Ischl from Salzburg and Linz.
